THE TRUE SOURCE OF HEALING

There is much concern today about dietary supplements. Pharmaceutical people will have you believe they can be as harmful as drugs are beneficial.  Many doctors will tell you that you can get all the vitamins and minerals you need from your food. At one time that may have been true, but today, our food is so contaminated with heavy metals from the early years of spraying lead and arsenic pesticides, processing with numerous chemicals and high temperatures, and so much environmental pollution of all kinds, one could make the case, it is harmful to your health!  There is also a modern day practice of stripping essential nutrients from the soils by growing the same crops year after year and supplementing the soil with just a few nutrients via chemical fertilizers.  It makes for growth of what appears to healthy crops, but is so nutrient deficient, it is tasteless and good only for it's fiber content. These factors make it necessary for us to supplement or raise all of our own food. If we have a reliable source of year round organics, (Fruit, vegetables, meat, etc) that is another alternative.  Even if we have some of these alternatives available to us, there is still the problem of heavy metal contamination in most of the best food sources. Natural News. com has tested for heavy metals in many grocery store foods, supplements and even superfoods and found them contaminated to an alarming degree. Some of the problems with our food supply and common methods of food preparation have not been outlined here, so the difficulty of selecting some kind of supplement to keep us healthy is really difficult. In fact, it is impossible, in the strictest sense. What I mean by that, is there is no substitute for awareness, and dedication to staying alive as long as possible with a reasonable degree of health.  It is difficult to know what to do to accomplish this goal and most people think it is mostly out of their hands. It does require a degree of dedication and a belief that due diligence will  accomplish your health goals.

Please do not believe you can use "one-a-day" synthetic vitamins to achieve any degree of health and wellness. Your health strategy should include the following: (At least, this is the ideal)

Eat all organic food

Drink filtered water (1 oz. per pound of body wt. per day)

Do not smoke, drink or take any drugs (prescription or OTC)

Exercise daily, preferably in the sunlight.

Do not sit down for prolonged periods of time, stay active.

Get plenty of sleep.

Educate yourself about natural health.

Unless you work outside, with a significant amount of skin exposed year round, you need to supplement with Vitamin D3, especially in winter months.  2000 mg.  minimum in summer,  5000-6000 in winter   It strengthens the immune system and enables the body to absorb calcium from food, adding to bone health as well as prevents colds and flu. Back pain is greatly aided by lying face down in the 11-2:00 o'clock hours outside, without a shirt, to gain natural healing sunlight and vitamin D absorption (no more than 30 minutes at a time, depending on the fairness of your skin)  Sunburn is not helpful, so don't fall asleep, though it is easy to do while relaxing in the sun. Vitamin D from the sun is easily washed off for up to 48 hrs after exposure, so rinse off exposed areas, without soap. You will also get a quicker tan, following this advice.

Chlorella and spirilina should be taken daily as you determine what is your optimal dose. 

Spirulina and Chlorella are both algae products containing all the essential ingredients for health and cleansing on a cellular level.

ABOUT CHLORELLA:

Chlorella is perhaps the world's best known superfood. It is sometimes called "the perfect food" because of its well-balanced ratios of proteins, nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
