There will never be a "cure" for cancer...Here is why...
Every day, our bodies produce cancer cells, probably hundreds of thousands. Nobody know the count, it could be millions, though we have not been diagnosed with cancer. But, think about it. We have 75 trillion cells in our body, and about 300 billion of those divide every single day. The cancer cells are a very, very small portion of that, and if it is like 3/10,000 of 1 percent of cancer cells, of those dividing cells, that is a million cells every day. Well, it could easily be that many, and the body takes care of these. The immune system with 130 different types of immune cells and about 14 trillion of them approximately is about 20 percent of our cells. It is taking care of these things that are non-self cells. Cancer cells basically get controlled by the immune system until it cannot do it anymore, and then we get a cancer diagnosis. Because the cells have exceeded our immune system’s ability to handle them and they form something, usually a tumor. See the video interview with Bill Henderson.
See the "Opt out of cancer" series
This series explains why there is so much misinformation and supposed mystery about cancer. Doctors (particularly oncologists) purposely lie to patients about the origin and treatment of their disease. You can learn the truth and understand cause, prevention and thebest way to overcome cancer without poison chemotherapy, radiation and surgery.
Are you Sick? Try looking more at WHY you are sick!
There is absolutely no doubt that what goes into our bodies effects our health more than any other factor. There is also no doubt that food and water (or other liquids) are number one. What we breath in and absorb through our skin is another, but not as important. We eat and drink several pounds of material every day. That stuff is not inert. Ideally we want it to contain all the nutrients the body needs to keep us active and healthy. What if it doesn't?
The fact is that all food is either inflammatory or anti-inflammatory. Of course we want it to be the latter. Unfortunately, the modern western diet is highly inflammatory. Since inflammation is the number one cause of all autoimmune diseases, doesn't it make sense to alter our diets so that we reduce or eliminate inflammatory food?
What most people believe is "if it tastes good, eat it". The rationalizations that people make are numerous, but the truth is, that if you do not pay attention to what you eat and realize that food producers and restaurants are not interested in your health, you are eating yourself sick.
Many of our health problems in America are due to misinformation!
The article below is an example. We are told we need to be constantly washing our hands with antibacterial cleanser because they kill bacteria which cause disease. THAT IS WRONG! 90% of life on earth is bacterial. It is estimated that 500-100,000 species of bacteria live in the human body. Although there are a relatively small number of pathogenic bacteria, most of them are beneficial.
90 percent of the genetic material in your body is not yours, but rather that of bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms that compose your microflora.
The immune system, most of which resides in the gut is an integral part of that microflora , but is a bit of a mystery.
When you catch a cold or the flu; or, when you acquire a disease such as diabetes or cancer, the primary reason is due to your weakened immune system and not being able to defend your body against the internal and invading pathogens, the viruses, the accumulated toxins, the cellular inflammation, the cellular dehydration, and the damaged cells caused by the disease. What is known is that cancer and other diseases result from a weak immune system and most modern drug treatments for any disease compromise the immune system, making a person more susceptible to disease. SO, any successful treatment of disease must include a strategy for building the immune system, not for tearing it down.
Most people are unaware that as we age, we are loosing our ability to stay hydrated and since we are 70-80% water, that is critical.
Actually when you look at the structure of our cells, you can't help but notice that they are mostly water, making us upwards of 99% water. We are really just a walking water bag. So, that tells us that we know very little about water and being that dumb is probably why we can't figure out how to stay healthy and live long.
We need to wake up to the fact that being ignorant about our physiology is a really big problem, mainly because it makes us vulnerable to every single entity that would like to make money from our ignorance. It may be food producers (GMO's), drug companies, (pharmaceuticals, pesticides, cleaning chemicals, fluoridated water supply) doctors (some of whom would like for you to never get well) hospitals (They are in the sick people business) and on and on.
Many chronic ailments effecting Americans today are at least partly related to dehydration. You may not be sick; just thirsty. We don't drink enough clean, filtered water, not chlorinated, fluoridated, contaminated with chemicals, water.
We are holistic beings. That is, the way we think, respond and process every single event of our life effects how healthy we are. We know this, but we have a tendency to ignore it, because we consider it innocuous. Think about your appearance in the mirror. Are you happy with it? If not, what are you doing about it? For most people the answer is nothing! You say to yourself, I can live with it. Then, in order to cope with the conflict you have introduced into your psyche, you start compensating and pretending. You compensate by lying to yourself that you don't care how other people see you. You compensate by buying clothes that cover whatever it is you don't like or distract from the belly bulge, wrinkles, hair loss or whatever it is that is changing and you would rather that it did not distract from your appearance so much. Your body will react to dishonesty just the way you would react to your children or your best friend telling some falsehood about you or to you.
How does that work? Our brain stores everything and processes it in one way or another. Depending on how emotionally sensitive we are, it responds in different ways, but if our hormones, immune system or metabolism becomes out of balance, the result is vulnerability to numerous abnormalities, including disease. So how do we prevent getting sick as a result? WE TAKE ACTION! We address the issue positively. We take whatever steps we can to remove or at least ameliorate the problem. Don't just chalk it off to inevitability like many people do with aging. Of course, aging is inevitable but it does not have to be as debilitating as some people allow it to be. Neither does losing your hair, getting fat or developing brain fog, forgetfulness or losing things, need to be something to bring you down. All of those things and more, can be tackled and overcome to some degree. PLEASE don't start taking drugs to compensate for whatever shortcomings you think you have. That is what causes most health problems today. Society says "take a pill"; that will fix you up. NO! It will bury you. For every problem, there is a natural solution and often it is the journey to solving the problem naturally that is the most rewarding. Don't decide it is not worth the effort, simple because it requires a bit more input or expenditure on your part. Successes along the way to recovery of huge problems or small problems boost every part of your being.
You are worth it!
Germs Don't Cause Disease!
Germ theory. though it has been around for over a century, is still just a theory. It is now widely known that disease results when our internal environment becomes friendly to it.
“Serious illness doesn’t bother me for long because I am too inhospitable a host” – Dr. Albert Schweitzer
This is what Dr. Schweitzer was talking about.
Louie Pasteur originated the germ heory in the 19th century.
Claude Bernard, a colleague and physiologist of the same era, concluded that it was the internal environment that led to the health of the individual and that the number of bacteria were reflective of the state of the environment. “The terrain is everything,” he wrote; “the germ is nothing.”
Germs are a result of disease, not the cause.
Germs are not actually the source of the problem – they are merely one of many symptoms. The real problem is that your body is trying to clean up its interior landscape so that you can be whole and healthy again. This body cleanup involves disposing of various built-up toxins in the system. This happens by burning them out through fever, pushing them out through the skin as a rash, or expelling them forcefully through diarrhea or sneezing. - See more
So why does modern medicine insist that Pasteur was right? In defense of honest doctors, they have been brainwashed into believing the germ theory by the educational establishment. The germ theory is the most friendly of rationalizations in that it doesn't offend our sensibilities. People don't like to be told that the disease they suffer with is their own fault. Even Pasteur admitted on his death bed that Claude Bernard, his colleague, was right. The internal terrain is everything. The internal terrain of most people is a toxic waste dump. It is polluted with chemical food additives, genetically modified organisms (GMO'S), heavy metals, nutrient deficient processed food, etc. Then add to that the bodily abuse of alcohol, lack of sleep, exercise, smoking and stress. The result is an overly acidic environment with an overgrowth of bad bacteria... The breeding ground of disease. Add to that the drug treatments given to counter this pollution and you have well over 100,000 people a year dying and countless others suffering needlessly.
So, the answer, in my opinion, is to flush the terrain with a cleanse, balance the bacteria in the gut with probiotics such as fermented vegetables, adopt a largely organic vegetable and fruit diet, (raw is best) drink plenty of filtered water, get plenty of sleep, eat only grass fed organic meats, free range organic poultry and eggs. Take vitamin D3, especially in winter. Eat super foods, such as organic, green leafy vegetables, garlic and onions. Add a lot of color and variety to your diet. Spice your food with unrefined sea salt, tumeric, cumin, red peppers, etc. Avoid inflammatories, such as wheat products, soy and dairy. Eat healthy fats like organic virgin olive, coconut, avocado oils (saturated fats) that help you control your weight. Eliminate corn, soy bean and canola oil. Unsaturated fats and hydrogenated oils will make you sick and fat. I know that is a lot and hard to do, but aren't you worth it? I am.

Allergies have been on the increase from 30-50% over the past 15 years, depending on your location. Here is why...
In 1996, Genetically engineered food (GE or GMO for genetically modified organisms) found it's way to the consumer market. This marks the beginning of an escalation of a number of chronic ailments and diseases.
Historically, farmers have stored, traded and shared choice seed from one season to the next. With the introduction of patented genetically engineered seeds, this practice is no longer permitted. Doing so exposes the farmer to costly fines and lawsuits for patent infringement. GE seeds must be purchased anew each season, along with specially-formulated herbicides, putting farmers under financial pressures never before experienced. The failure of this system is evident in the horrific suicide rate of Indian farmers, who take their own lives at a rate of about two per hour due to inability to pay back their seed loans. GE seeds also spread beyond the borders of the fields in which they are planted, exposing neighboring farms to all the same risks—environmental and financial. (Dr. Joe Mercola)
Most of us who have been following the deployment of this multi-billion dollar scheme are alarmed that the FDA and other federal agencies have rubber stamped everything rolled out by these huge chemical corporations.
The process of gene splicing (not the same as the hybrid process) has produced frankenstein fruit, vegetables and grain that the human body does not recognize as food. The body says "Allergen" and reacts...
Allergies are your body's reaction to allergens (particles your body considers foreign), a sign that your immune system is working overtime. The first time your body encounters an allergen, your plasma cells release IgE (immunoglobulin E), an antibody specific to that allergen. IgE attaches to the surface of your mast cells. Mast cells are found in great numbers in your surface tissues (i.e., those with close proximity to the external environment, such as in your skin and in the mucous membranes of your nose), where they help mediate inflammatory responses.
Mast cells release a number of important chemical mediators, one of which is histamine.
So, the second time your body encounters a particular allergen, within a few minutes the mast cells become activated and release a powerful cocktail of histamine, leukotrienes, and prostaglandins, which trigger the entire cascade of symptoms you associate with allergies: sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, hacky cough, itchy eyes, etc. Histamine can cause your airways to constrict, like with asthma, or cause blood vessels to become more permeable, leading to fluid leakage or hives.
Leukotrienes cause hypersecretion of mucus, which you commonly experience as a runny nose or increased phlegm.
Pollen is an extremely common mast cell activator, but other agents can trigger these processes as well. Mold spores, dust, airborne contaminants, dust mites, pet dander, cockroaches, environmental chemicals, cleaning products, personal care products and foods can all cause allergic reactions. Every person is different in what he or she reacts to. And, just because you haven't reacted to something in the past doesn't mean you won't react to it in the future—you can become sensitized at any point in time.
Carrageenan in your food! Who cares? Maybe you should.
Food Babe is looking out for you, unlike the FDA, which is in the pocket of the food and agriculture industry. Her activism has gotten this potentially dangerous food additive removed from many products , as of the first quarter of next year. I expressed my concern about this product directly to the producer of Silk coconut and almond milk some time ago and apparently others have done the same. Vani's newsletter and website has so many readers, it's impact is most significant, but as she notes in this article, the public's persistent concerns expressed in phone calls, emails and letters are crucial to getting the job done.

Who should take care of you???
Back in the 60's and 70's, you could buy disability insurance to replace all or part of your income if you got disabled. It wasn't cheap, but it was doable. You could be responsible for your own care. Go back further than that and family had that responsibility. Today, who will take care of you? Obamacare! Like it or not, the government is now your caretaker if you are disabled. That means your health and welfare is in the hands of the government. (Hopefully, that will soon change) Doctors and families will no longer make decisions on what services you need. Procedures and services will eventually be on an "as available" basis. Their availability will depend upon a government funded system that will increasingly be overloaded with alcoholics, drug addicts, aids patients, etc.. Who will decide if you get a knee replacement or a kidney? You guessed it. Not your doctor. Who says when you get it? ...A government bureaucrat! What if there is not enough money in the system to pay for it? All they have to do is raise taxes. Right? So your health and well being comes down to an economic issue? Yes! What if the care you need is deemed to be economically unfeasable? Does your name go on a termination of services list? Does a panel decide how to best dispose of you? This is exactly what the eugenics crowd has been planning for.
Then there are some of the more philosophical questions, like "What about people whose lifestyles ignore health concerns? Are the rest of us obligated to care for those who eat themselves to death or drink alcoholic beverages in excess or smoke or abuse drugs? How about the high risk conduct of promiscuous homosexuals? All of these lifestyles will, no doubt, result in disability, if not untimely death.
Compare these individuals with others, who are more responsible, who eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly, avoid processed foods, restrict sugar intake, watch out for unhealthy fats, drink plenty of filtered water and endeavor to keep harmful chemicals out of their environment. By and large, these people visit the doctor less often, take fewer prescription drugs, suffer fewer disabilities and have far less chronic diseases.
You say, "Well, I'm not in either of those categories." Yeah, I know I eat at McDonald's a lot and can't stand most vegetables. I am not a label reader. I pretty much eat what tastes good to me. I get plenty of exercise at work and nobody I know cares what household chemicals they use. I've been drinking tap water all my life and it hasn't hurt me. That's why the city uses chlorine and fluoride to treat the water. I drink mostly Cokes and Mountain Dew, anyway. If this sounds like you, you are in the first category. Someday, you will be taking a dozen or so prescription drugs, or your wife or brother or sister will be taking care of your sick butt, because even though you don't drink or smoke, your health habits are killing you. See "The Real Thing" page.
Breaking news! Popular cancer drug withdrawn for treatment of metastatic breast cancer.
Contrary to medical establishment propaganda, individual health in the US has declined. This is due largely to the common practice, among physicians, of exclusively allopathic medicine. (Of course, poor quality food and lifestyle choices are big factors, as well.)
Allopathic medicine is a term for scientific, research-based orthodox medicine. The term is widely used to identify conventional, modern, regular medicine. The Oxford English Dictionary narrows the term to "the present prevailing system of medicine".
Without going into the early history of Allopathy, and the misuse and application of this term, the discussion here will be focused on today's practice. There are heated debates whether modern medicine's mission is to actually eliminate disease, or just out to make a profit. Some have coined modern medicine as "sick care", opposed to "health care", and for good reasons.
In business, money makes the world go-around... not love. The modern health care system is a big business, turning over billions and billions of dollars in profits. As with all corporations, they embrace only one goal, to create profits for its shareholders. It is not that profit is a dirty word. It is the basis of the best economic system in the world...capitalism, but there is room for compassion, honesty, and morality, which ultimately will result in greater quality,
The principle problem with allopathy is that it does not purport to cure illness, but to treat it's symptoms. Those who protest this identification would claim the preventative nature of some drug therapy. They would also claim to use any proven method to treat illness, but it is well known that western medicine excludes natureopathic, homeopathic, aromatherapy and other alternative treatments of disease or illness. This idea extends to medical research, as well. Researchers claim to be searching for cures, but natural substances showing promise are routinely shelved if they cannot be synthesized (no money to be made on natural substances that cannot be patented).
The fact is, drugs have the advantage of more precise and rapid targeting of symptoms, but the disadvantages are the very nature of allopathy, which is to give the patient some other lesser illness to counteract the treated illness. This is usually referred to as a side effect. These side effects can be more dangerous than the illness treated and more often than stated, leave the patient worse off than when the doctor was first visited. Example: aside from surgery, standard procedure for treating cancerous tumors is chemotherapy or radiation, both of which are carcinogenic.
The whole process of drug treatment of illness is wrong-headed. When researchers find some flower, root or herb that shows promise for treating illnesses, they immediately try to isolate the compound within the natural substance that they believe has efficacy for treating a particular disease. This approach ignores the synergistic effect of the multiple compounds contained within plants. They fail to recognize that even if they can successfully isolate and synthecize a targeted compound, it's being ripped out the plant substance destroys it's intended use. Of course, they reject the idea, to start with, that God designed many of His plants to be used as medicine. The correct plant, used as God intended, has the capability of not just treating a disease, but curing it. Mess with that formula and the result can often be to cause other problems (side effects).
No one would argue that there are times when doctor visits are needed, but responsibility for one's own health should be your own. Pay closer attention to drug ads. Often it is stated in the ad's list of side effects, "occasional fatalities". This is apparently ignored because of the pretty music and the impression one gets from the ad's joyous theme. Usually a doctor actor in the ad is telling you to take the drug, and implying..."you can trust me, I'm a doctor". There is no excuse for not using a little common sense and weighing your options, especially in this day in time. (internet access) Actually, the advertising of all the drugs you see on television is completely unethical. They knowingly market their drugs with dishonest imaging and place doctors in positions of researching each new drug, when the only information available on it's efficacy is from the manufacturer who makes it. The result is what we see today, that few people protest, and that 128,000 people a year die from prescribed drugs.
Today we have the advantage of researching alternatives easily on the web.
if you accept the premise that Americans are living longer today, it undoubtedly is not with an acceptable quality of life. The facts are clear that drug companies are rigging the data and I contend that they also manipulate the statistics concerning lifespan, cancer successes and nearly all grant supported research. Read this video transcript to demonstrate the way drug companies are doing it....
The state of American medicine is abysmal. Take a look at this report... . http://www.goodsamiam.com/modern_medicines_secret.htm
If you will notice in this report sepsis is one of the leading causes of hospital deaths. This is infection that can have many causes...
Sepsis Overview
Sepsis is a condition in which the body is fighting a severe infection that has spread via the bloodstream. If a patient becomes "septic," they will likely be in a state of low blood pressure termed "shock." This condition can develop either as a result of the body's own defense system or from toxic substances made by the infecting agent (such as a bacteria, virus, or fungus).
People at risk for sepsis
- People whose immune systems (the body's defense against microbes) are not functioning well because of an illness (such as cancer or AIDS) or because of medical treatments (such as chemotherapy for cancer or steroids for a number of medical conditions) that weaken the immune system are more prone to develop sepsis. It is important to remember that even healthy people can suffer from sepsis.
Because their immune systems are not completely developed, very young babies may get sepsis if they become infected and are not treated in a timely manner. Often, if they develop signs of an infection such as fever, infants have to receive antibiotics and be admitted to the hospital. Sepsis in the very young is often more difficult to diagnose because the typical signs of sepsis (fever, change in behavior) may not be present or may be more difficult to ascertain. Infant mortality in America, since 1960 has declined from 12th in the world to 31st in 2007.
If you will notice, the main problem with treatment of sepsis is the lack of effective treatment. Doctors and hospitals are stuck in the allopathic mode, so they use one or more antibiotics. There are more effective alternative approaches, but they have locked themselves out of any such methodology.
Take a look at the routine treatment of nearly all cancers. You know what it is...chemotherapy or radiation. How successful is it?
"As a retired physician, I can honestly say that unless you are in a serious accident, YOUR BEST CHANCE OF LIVING TO A RIPE OLD AGE IS TO AVOID DOCTORS AND HOSPITALS AND LEARN NUTRITION, HERBAL MEDICINE AND OTHER FORMS OF NATURAL MEDICINE. Almost all drugs are toxic and are designed only to treat symptoms and not to cure anyone. Most surgery is unnecessary. In short, our mainstream medical system is hopelessly inept and/or corrupt. THE TREATMENT OF CANCER AND DEGENERATIVE DISEASES IS A NATIONAL SCANDAL. The sooner you learn this, the better off you will be."
Dr. Allan Greenberg on 12/24/2002
"The major causes of diseases in our country -- cancer, cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes -- are not genetic factors, as so many people believe and use as an excuse, but diets and lifestyle factors. We have documented that unhealthy diet and lifestyle account for more than 80 percent of heart disease, 90 percent of type II diabetes, and more than 70 percent of stroke and colon cancer." - Harvard School of Public Health
The prescription drug trap is deadlier than any virus, illicit drug, and terrorism combined. Well-documented in scientific journals and reported by media outlets nationwide, FDA approved drugs are killing an estimated 106,000 people every year. That equates to one individual dying every five minutes from “approved” drugs - 300 people dying every day. This is twice as many deaths in a single year from "approved drugs" as the total number of U.S. deaths from the Vietnam War. This does not count death by hospital medical error, which adds 99,000 deaths to the atrocity. If not killed, an estimated 2 million people are victims of drug-induced illnesses. These may include drug-induced obesity, cancer, kidney disease, autism, depression and heart failure. A life that should be filled with greatness and reward is anchored to mediocrity – at best – thanks to the prescription drug trap. It doesn't’ have to be like this.
The United States ranks 12th among the top 13 countries in the health of its citizens. At least eighty percent of seniors have at least one chronic disease and fifty percent have at least two. Relative to children in other industrialized countries, the health of U.S. children is worse in virtually every category. One in three born in the year 2000 suffer from type II diabetes. An estimated 11 to 20 years will be erased from their life span! Shane Ellison, M.SC
How Sad!
Cancer is curable. Alternative approaches are available and they work.
- Dr. Harry Goldblatt quoted from the Journal of Experimental Medicine, "Lack of oxygen clearly plays a major role in causing cells to become cancerous."
- Dr. Arthur C. Guyton M.D., author of The Textbook on Medical Physiology, "All chronic pain, suffering and diseases are caused by a lack of oxygen at the cell level."
- Dr. Stephen Levine, renowned molecular biologist and geneticist and author of Oxygen Deficiency: A Concomitant to All Degenerative Illness. "Low oxygen in the body tissues is a sure indicator for disease... hypoxia, or lack of oxygen in the tissues, is the fundamental cause for all degenerative disease."
- Therapies that improve oxygen levels at the cellular level are the key to avoiding chronic disease.
Some of them are so simple, it is unbelievable; watch the video...
